With over 36 years of experience in the property market, Jason is recognised as one of the leading estate agents within the area and known for his passion, professionalism, and integrity within the industry. A former board member and district chairman of the National Association of Estate Agents, Jason is dedicated to his profession and proud of his award-winning family business.

He has appeared in a variety of TV property related shows and on local radio stations where he has given his expertise on the property market. In addition to his general day to day duties as a director within his business, Jason specialises in probate and matrimonial valuations, as well as the selling and development of new homes and investment portfolios.

As Head of Lettings and Property Management, Angela has over 30 years industry experience and a wealth of knowledge. She specializes in Compliance, procuring good quality tenants and ensuring the day to day management of the properties runs proficiently. She is a proud member of ARLA Propertymark and places an emphasis on following their Code of Conduct and applying a “Duty of Care” to both landlords and tenants alike.

Madeleine has worked for Ian Tonge Property Services for nearly 30 years and has a wealth of experience in the industry. We are proud to have Madeleine working for us as she is one of the best in the business at securing an offer and progressing a sale through to completion. The sales progression role is one of the most challenging in our industry and Madeleine has mastered the skill of keeping all parties updated, resolving any problems and eliminating any concerns, to able a smoothly and quick completion.

With over 15 years experience in estate agency, Elaine enjoys all aspects of her role as a Senior Sales Negotiator. Living in High Lane herself, she has a good local knowledge of the surrounding area which comes in handy when assisting our clients. With excellent customer service skills she enjoys building good working relationships with our vendors and purchasers.
She is committed to helping our vendors achieve their sale at the best possible price and then following the sale through to completion.

With over 25 years of experience in Estate Agency, Pip is experienced in all aspects of the property industry. Pip plays a key role in the rental department supporting lettings manager Angela Robinson, overseeing the day to day running of the lettings department.

With over 15 years experience in estate agency, developing key skills in all aspects of property administration, sales support, marketing and social media, Julia now dedicates her time to making Ian Tonge Property Services tick behind the scenes. Using market leading technology to bring your property to the market and maximise visibility across all platforms.

Prior to Steve joining the property industry, he obtained a BSc(Hons) in Land Management . With 30 years’ experience in the Estate Agency, Steve is a key member of the team. His main role at The Hazel Grove office is dealing with general enquiries, viewings and negotiating offers. Steve thoroughly enjoys the ‘thrill of the chase’, which is definitely needed when selling your home.

Deborah is a key member of our sales team, with many years in the industry she has the exceptional ability to listen and communicate clearly. Deborah can turn complex property discussions into simple, engaging chats that close deals effortlessly.
